Bucatini Amatriciana Guanciale Pasta w/ Steamed Clams

Hello Reader,

I have an awesome life. I truly do. In between work and moonlighting poet-ing venues, I find myself at art museums, painting, and spending my free time getting my velvet chocolate tan on at the Charles River. However, I do know that I have more than perfect friends. (Can’t forget the ladies #HeHe)

One of those friends in particular, Chef Case Kerns is an amazing cook. I had the opportunity to take delight in one of his favorite/specialty dishes- Bucatini Amatriciana Guanciale Pasta w/ Steamed Clams.

Chef Case

My, oh my was EVERYTHING delicious. I just ate Case’s cookout/grilled food about a week ago and although it sounded like a joke, I said: Eating Case’s food twice w/in the same month is like having sex with Beyonce… twice. The steamed clams left succulent juices drip from our baguettes, while the pasta ignited our taste buds with a refreshing bottle of red wine- Dolcetto D’Alba (I definitely recommend). Oh, and

I can’t forget Jackie’s great grandmother’s HOMEMADE WALNUT COOKIES recipe(Great with coffee).
